The brief
The journey began when my clients purchased a holiday apartment in the modern Kalamon Eleon complex in Larnaca. While the developer had already provided the foundations - floors, bathrooms, and a kitchen chosen by the investors - the space needed a soul. My mission was to take the keys and transform a "developer standard" interior into a fully-equipped, cozy sanctuary where the owners could simply walk in and start their vacation.

Meeting the brief
The aesthetic vision revolves around a "Tahini" palette, pairing a warm, creamy foundation with curated splashes of color to evoke a modern Mediterranean feel. By blending natural oak veneers and marble with structural wall finishes and soft, organic curves, the design introduces a rich tactile dimension that transforms the sleek architecture into a cozy, textured sanctuary perfectly suited for a relaxed coastal lifestyle. Beyond the aesthetics, this project was about seamless execution. We managed the coordination between subcontractors and the developer, ensuring every piece of furniture and every finishing touch was in place. We hit the ultimate goal: delivering the keys just in time for the investors' first planned holiday in their new home.
